Don't pay for your goods until they're ready to be despatched

For your peace of mind we don't take your money before we are ready to send your order. It is our standard policy to only take an authorisation during checkout. Once we have processed your order, got new stock in if required and have your items ready for despatch we will then release the payment, this is usually the day before delivery is made to you.

Trackable deliveries

All of our orders are despatched using delivery services who offer a trackable signed for service. Once your order is booked into our delivery system you will be emailed a trackable reference number.

Simple returns policy

If you don't like it, send it back. For your peace and protection we operate within the guidelines set out in The Distance Selling Act 1998. Follow our simple returns procedure to get items back to us for refund processing.

Product quality control

We endeavour to open and check every product on arrival to our warehouse and return to our supplier what we believe to not be good enough to send on to you. So where you would have stood in a shop and checked a product before taking it to the till, we've done this for you. This means you can be assured that you'll receive a product in good condition.

Our website is full of products showing descriptions and pictures. We endeavour to offer as much information as possible with the addition of download PDFs where possible. Should however you find you have a question simply ask us and we will do everything we can to answer you.

As well as being able to give you a first hand opinion about a product it means that our products are personally sourced from UK and European companies based on value, quality and brand.
